Our products include forged rolls for hot and cold rolling of various forms, proportions, and dimensions, as well as volume and surface hardening.
The production and heat treatment services include rolls of the following proportions:
Maximum diameter: 250 mm
Maximum length: 2000 mm
Volume hardened rolls correspond to Mitsubishi-Hitachi, Sendzimir and Sundwig mills Z Hi, 20 Hi, 12 Hi, 6 Hi, 4 Hi, and 2 Hi. Thus, we only use very pure high-quality high-alloy, high-speed or PM steels.
The company is also specialised in highly complex rolls that require several different types of treatments, have narrow tolerance ranges, and require more precise heat treatments.
Our production capacity includes rolls whose maximum diameter equals 250 mm and maximum length equals 2000 mm. Within these parameters, heat treatment and control services are possible as well. The ensured quality of heat treatment is ± 1 HRC.
